a couple months ago i preorderd the Poultrygeist dvd and today it came even though it doesnt come out until tomorrow. that's exciting, i've been waiting a couple years to see this movie. i thought the package was going to be something else i ordered from amazon but then i opened it and it was poultrygeist. i think i may have jumped up and down a bit.
i have a super top secret video projects in the works. actually its not that top secret since everyone at work knows about it. its going to take a good while to finish this one but if everything works out its going to be insanely awesome.
i still need to get my shit together on Sock It To Me. maybe i'll try posting another ad on craigslist looking for someone to be production manager. last time i did that though i got all these people who were expecting to be paid even though i said in the ad no pay.

holy crap camille bought be a computer for my birthday for me to edit on. this means i really need to get my shit together and make Sock It To Me. it'll have to wait until after we get back from vancouver though.
and today a goddamn car hit me. it was stopped at a stop sign and while i was crossing the street it decided to go right when i was in front of it. since it was stopped and not going to fast it didnt hurt at all but there was contact between the car and my legs. at least she stopped and seemed concerned, she seemed more freaked out than i was. she said she was looking at traffic and not the other way. dum dum. but i wasnt hurt at all

we told our landlord we needed more than five days to decide if we wanted to keep the apartment and they didnt tell us there was a problem with that. but then on friday we had a thing under our door saying they were going to be showing our apartment. we had an appointment to look at some places that day but they were all more expensive than our new rent and smaller. so we quickly signed the lease extention and sent them the check to update the security deposit and crap. then when i got home today we had a new kitchen floor. i thought that was a sign that they werent going to let us extend the lease. but i just checked and the check was cashed so i think that means we wont be homeless or living in a crappy studio.
oh and i got a new job. after next week i will no longer be working at the bookstore. hizzah. the new job pays a bit more and should be a lot less crappy.

today we got a thing under our door that says our rent is increasing by 50 dollars a month. it also says we need to tell them by may 31st if we want to extend the lease. last i checked it was june 10th. it also says if we want to extend the lease we have to send them a check to increase the last months rent and security deposit by june 15th. and if they dont hear from them by then they will automatically extend it. so they're giving us five days to decide.
they did this same thing last year. only last year they at least gave us a couple weeks to decide.
i'm going to call them and tell them we need more than 5 days to decide something like this. i dunno though, can they really extend our lease with it being a higher rent with out us signing the extension?

we're married. yaaaay. the wedding went great. it was pretty much perfect. it was nice and simple. there were just a couple slip ups during the ceremony part because we didnt do a rehersal. but i hope everyone had a good time, it looks like people did. thanks to everyone that came.
we got to keep all the leftovers so now our fridge is packed. i'm worried we wont be able to eat all the food before it goes bad. we also have a little over a case of beer(i almost typed beef) left. at least that won't go bad, but it'll take us forever to drink it all.
once the photographer puts up the pictures i'll post a link. i'll also probably upload the video and post that link too.

on thrusday we picked up our marriage license from the brookline town clerk's office (we went to the brookline one cause the goddamn boston town clerk is only open until 4 and costs way more.) and when they had us look over it to make sure it was all correct we noticed they put my sex down as female for some reason. so we almost got gay married. at least they can make that mistake here
less than a month now.

i played kickball today. i slid into second. then when the next person was up and i was running to third i for some reason lost my balance and fell. then when i got up to run again i fell a second time. but i scored. this is the result of falling:

last friday marked the great return of whiskey fridays. camille bought me a big bottle of jameson for my birthday.
last weekend since it was tax free weekend in mass we bought an ipod. we bought it to use at the wedding cause its cheaper than hiring a band or dj and this way we get to hear only songs we want to.
on monday i bent back my finger nail. you would think this would have happened at work but no it happened in the morning when i was putting on my shoe. it hurt like a motherfucker and half my nail turned purple.

i'm so sore. today we played kickball with the street steamers. my legs are hurting me. i'm glad i bought some gel insoles for my shoes. i'm going to be gellin like a motherfucker.
this weekend was the first days off i've had in around a month. i was PAing on a movie on the weekends for the past month so i've been working nonstop. we finished shooting last sunday though. i've seen some of the footage and this thing is going to be amazing when it's done. i cant wait to see it.
yesterday i went up to new hampshire to film roadsteamer playing at this industry only show. i was so amazed that they asked me to film them, it was awesome.
my boss is on vacation this week, i get to be incharge of the temps.
i'm thinking of going to dunkin donuts during my break one day this week and buying a box o joe and drinking the whole thing myself during the day to see what happens.

last week i was on vacation. i wasnt going anywhere so for my vacation i grew a beard. i only did that cause i wanted to see if it would grow in freaky colors like my hair does. then i shaved it off yesterday.
also on the weekends i've been PAing for the movie Douglas. it's been fun. here's me tired after a weekend of being a PA:

saturday was the Roadsteamer cd release party. the show was amazing and a ton of fun. me and camille worked the merch table and that was also so much fun but me going up to people asking them if i can interest them in some roadsteamer merch didnt work too well but i think we sold a lot. also the new album is god damn awesome. everyone should go buy it.
tomorrow we are going to ct to go to the Pist reuinion show on saturday at the El N Gee. then its back to boston early sunday cause there is a PA meeting for Douglas. and then some Streetsteamer lazer tag.
we got a couple temps at work this week. one of them is going to drive me crazy. he is always askign me questions, which wouldn't bother me if they were questions about how to do things but he's always asking me questions about what i'm processing and looking in my boxes and stuff.
oh yeah, i dont remember if i posted this. after deciding they didnt need a shipping and receiving manager, they decided they were just going to have a supervisor, i should have gotten that job but then they decided they didnt need that either. so now i'm "senior processor." it does come with a raise which is good, but not as big of one though. so it still kinda sucks the ass of a donkey.
